HVAC Service Technician / HVAC Installer

Climate Pros of Northern Nevada Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician and an HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We are looking for dependable, motivated professionals who take pride in quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and being part of a team-oriented company.

Responsibilities

Service Technician

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate repair recommendations and findings to customers
• Complete service documentation accurately and timely

Installer

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories
• Replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related components
• Follow manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standards

General Responsibilities

• Work closely with dispatch to maintain daily schedules
• Communicate job progress, delays, and issues promptly
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Follow company procedures and safety standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call

Qualifications

• HVAC industry experience required
• Commercial experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• EPA Certification required
• OSHA Certification preferred
• Possess basic HVAC trade tools
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Service technicians must be available to participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends
