Retail Banker / Bank Teller

Job Summary Regional Banker/Teller at PNC Retail, based in Lexington, KY, Chevy Chase Branch. Bilingual Spanish preferred. The role manages the customer experience, drives proactive sales, and ensures accurate teller operations while maintaining compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities Identify opportunities to improve customers' financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet.

Conduct proactive sales and service activities, including outbound calling, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.

Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue.

Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.

Leverage ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.

Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and tools.

Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.

Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications Applicants must have at least 1+ year of related experience in banking or a related field. A high school diploma or GED is sufficient; further education or certifications are optional.

Banking and retail lending knowledge

Customer service and proactive sales skills

Risk management and problem‑solving abilities

Effective communication and technology proficiency

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Bilingual Spanish preferred
