Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate user-generated content submitted across social media platforms in Hebrew, ensuring strict compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.

Identify, escalate, and take appropriate action on content that violates social media standards, including hate speech, misinformation, graphic material, spam, and harassment.

Analyse and assess context, tone, and cultural nuance within Hebrew-language social media content to make accurate and fair moderation decisions.

Maintain consistently high levels of accuracy and productivity while managing high volumes of social media content in a fast-paced environment.

Document and report recurring patterns of policy violations and provide actionable feedback to internal quality and trust-and-safety teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality assurance, training, and operations to continuously improve moderation processes and platform safety standards.

Participate in regular calibration sessions and team briefings to stay current with evolving social media content policies and moderation guidelines.

Support the development of a healthier, more respectful social media ecosystem for Hebrew-speaking communities and global audiences alike.
