Compensation: Starting base pay of $10.00 per hour, plus commission and performance-based bonuses. Commission and bonus earnings vary based on individual sales performance.

About the Role

Luxuriate Management is expanding our Charlotte retail team and is hiring motivated individuals for an Entry-Level Retail Sales Associate position. As an authorized distributor of AT&T products and services, our team represents AT&T inside retail locations by educating customers and assisting them with purchasing wireless products and services.

This is a full-time, face-to-face retail sales position that focuses on customer engagement, product education, and completing sales transactions within a retail store environment. Previous sales or marketing experience is not required, as we provide paid training for all new hires.

Daily Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers inside the retail store.
• Educate customers about AT&T wireless products, mobile devices, service plans, internet services, and current promotions.
• Recommend products and service plans based on each customer's needs.
• Process new service activations, upgrades, and purchases accurately.
• Support in-store marketing campaigns, promotional displays, and merchandising initiatives.
• Meet individual and team sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain knowledge of AT&T products, services, and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a face-to-face retail sales environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
