Project Sales

Overview This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing company at an entry level Compensation is based on a mixture of salary and commission pay. The range listed is likely for the first year but you will have the opportunity to earn in excess of $100k per year in this position. Responsibilities - Cold calling to develop leads and meet new clients - Attending networking and customer events to nurture relationships - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues - Inspect roofs to identify necessary maintenance/repairs – this position requires the use of ladders and physically inspecting roofs. Safety and handling procedures will be taught. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Price projects and prepare proposals for customers - Communicate with customers regarding pricing, progress, billing, etc. - Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities - Assist in the identification and resolution of project issues and risks Requirements - Roofing industry experience is strongly preferred but not required. - Previous experience in business development or sales is preferred but not required - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Willingness to continuously learn a is a must - Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Company Car, Phone, Laptop, Etc.
