Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate bookkeeping for multiple business entities

Schedule and manage timely bill payments

Perform monthly bank reconciliations

Handle accounts payable and receivable functions

Prepare and review daily sales journal entries

Conduct inventory data entry and adjust monthly closing balances

Calculate and submit sales tax payments

Process payroll, including tracking hours, benefits, and payroll tax submissions

Assist with monthly financial close

Manage budgets and provide input for financial planning

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors

Prepare monthly financial statements and internal performance reports

Support additional accounting or administrative duties as needed

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience

Proficiency in QuickBooks

Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word

Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)

Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
