Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm and Friday 8am-3:30pm

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to learn technical information and explain it clearly to patients

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks

Basic computer skills and ability to learn EHR and optical software

Ability to provide exceptional patient service while maintaining accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

Previous optical experience

Experience in retail sales, healthcare, customer service, or a patient-facing role

Experience working with insurance benefits

Knowledge of eyewear products, lens options and frame styling

No optical experience? We will train the right candidate on lens options, measurements, adjustments, and insurance processes.","responsibilities": " Optician job responsibilities include:
