Full-Time & Part-Time Available
Looking for a kitchen that stays busy and values hard work?
At The Crab & Catfish Co., we don't just hire cooks — we build dependable teams. If you're someone who enjoys working with urgency, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants to be part of a kitchen where teamwork matters, we'd love to meet you.
Our Tulsa location serves guests until 2:00 AM, with closing shifts typically wrapping up around 3:00 AM after closing duties. If you're a night owl, working a second job during the day, or just prefer the pace of late-night service, this schedule was built for you.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook seafood and other menu items according to company recipes and standards.
- Work multiple stations while maintaining speed, quality, and consistency.
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized throughout your shift.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Complete opening, shift, and closing responsibilities.
- Communicate with your teammates to keep the kitchen running efficiently during busy service.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:
- Reliable and show up when they're scheduled.
- Coachable and open to feedback.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Team players who communicate well.
- Able to stay organized under pressure.
- Willing to follow recipes, systems, and daily checklists.
- Proud of producing quality food every plate, every shift.
Kitchen experience is required for this role. Our kitchen cooks everything to order — seafood boils and fried dishes made fresh per ticket — which moves differently than a standard line. If you've worked a real kitchen and know what it means to build a plate under pressure, you'll fit right in.
Our Culture
We believe consistency creates great guest experiences. That means following recipes, communicating with your team, maintaining a clean kitchen, and holding yourself accountable every shift.
We value people who take ownership, help their teammates, and come to work ready to contribute.
What This Job Asks of You
This is real kitchen work. You'll be on your feet for full shifts, lifting stock and equipment up to 50 lbs, and working around fryers, steam, and heat during busy late-night service. If you've worked a kitchen before, you know the deal — we just want you walking in with eyes open.
