We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Medication Aide to join our growing team! This role is essential in delivering accurate and compassionate care through proper medication administration. Your Impact as a Certified Medication Aide
Dispense prescribed PO, topical (unbroken skin), and rectal medications per physician’s orders and company policy

Watch for and report any adverse medication reactions or changes in resident status

Document Accurately: Record all medication administration in compliance with policies
*
Safeguard the confidentiality of resident information
*
Adhere to Infection Control: Follow all infection control procedures during medication administration
*
Report Errors: Immediately report any medication errors to the Charge Nurse
Holds a current Texas Medication Aide certification
