Mobile Phlebotomist (Willing to travel in Tampa, Floridar to draw and collect lab samples)

Med Tech Clinical Laboratory seeks an experienced Mobile Phlebotomist who has a passion for caring for people and has a minimum of two years experience.

As a Med Tech Phlebotomist, you will be assigned to Tampa, Florida and surrounding areas and will be responsible for the procurement of blood and other laboratory specimens from home-bound patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide patients with the highest level of care.
• Uphold the highest level of ethical behavior.
• Follow policies, procedures, and requirements stipulated by Med Tech and our partners.
• Procure blood and other laboratory specimens from patients utilizing standard venipuncture (and other appropriate) procedures.
• Process specimens (centrifuge, pipette, and freeze when required).
• Transport specimens to drop off locations for processing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
