Our Marketing Team
Noom's Marketing team plays a crucial role in connecting our innovative digital health products with the people who need them most. We work cross-functionally to craft compelling messaging, launch impactful campaigns, and bring the voice of the customer into everything we do. As we continue to expand our offerings, our product marketing team is central to how we tell our story, build trust, and drive engagement.
About the Role
As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies and support cross-functional product launches from end to end. This role will act as the connective tissue between product and marketing teams, ensuring our launches are not only timely but also resonate powerfully with our audiences. You'll also lead special projects that enhance how we communicate product claims, working with research, legal, and other partners to bring credible, compelling narratives to life.
You Will
Lead the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) process for new product launches, from strategic planning through execution
Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling marketing narratives and positioning
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Research, and Legal teams to ensure messaging is aligned, accurate, and impactful
Identify the right marketing channels for each product launch and partner with channel owners to execute campaigns
Own and drive special projects related to claims development, including researching, framing, and validating marketing claims
Help build scalable mechanisms and processes that improve how we launch and promote products
About You

You Have
6+ years of experience in product marketing for consumer facing (B2C) products, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Experience with in-house marketing teams in the tech or digital product space; digital health or telehealth a plus
Proven experience partnering with product teams and cross-functional stakeholders beyond just marketing
Strong product sense, with the ability to translate complex features into user-centered messaging
Scrappy, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity—you thrive in evolving environments
Strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

The base salary range for this position is $126,000-$166,000. Actual compensation is determined by job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
This role is eligible for our NYC or Princeton office locations, operating on a hybrid schedule (2 days per week on-site).
