• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, resolving issues efficiently
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data collection, transcription, and basic math calculations to support daily operations

Requirements

• Proven experience with data entry, clerical work, or administrative roles in an office environment
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate data management
• Basic math skills for calculations related to order processing or inventory management
• Previous office experience involving filing, data collection, or transcription is preferred
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions and team collaboration
