Position: Project Manager Senior, Geisinger Health Plan (East Coast resident / EST)
Job Summary
Manages all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion, including end-to-end management of Pennsylvania DHS Health Choices procurements, serving as the primary point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external proposal development consultants.
Job Duties
- Point of contact on assigned projects and internal project lead for the Health Choices RFP.
- Assemble, coordinate, and manage multidisciplinary technical review teams and proposal development teams.
- Facilitate and troubleshoot problems associated with developing complex systems and coordinating design projects.
- Provide technical and management advice to department management and personnel.
- Respond to inquiries about projects.
- Chair various project review and pre-submittal meetings.
- Establish and maintain liaison as required with boards, committees, and commissions.
- Assist in developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Perform project design for civil engineering projects.
- Coordinate schedules of staff and other interested parties.
- Work is typically performed in an office environment.
- Accountable for satisfying all job-specific obligations and complying with all organizational policies and procedures.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to streamline project management and/or RFP writing workflows, reducing administrative burden, improving team productivity, and supporting high-quality, timely deliverables.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)

- Minimum of 4 years managing people, processes, or projects (required)
