Senior Construction Manager -Airport Terminal Projects

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager III to support major terminal modernization and capital improvement projects at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

*Salary Range: $175K/Year-$190K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day construction activities for major airport improvement projects

Coordinate with contractors, designers, consultants, and airport stakeholders

Monitor project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety performance

Review construction plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Support project planning, phasing, commissioning, testing, and turnover activities

Participate in stakeholder meetings and project coordination efforts

Identify project risks and develop solutions to maintain schedule and budget goals

Monitor contractor performance and construction progress

Assist with the resolution of field issues and construction challenges

Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to leadership teams

Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and collaboration
