As an Engineering Manager , you’ll lead a team of 8-12 software engineers while driving predictable, high‑quality delivery. You’ll combine strong leadership with Agile expertise to support team growth, optimize workflows, and remove impediments. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will have the opportunity to drive technical direction and modify process and procedures.
What You’ll Do
Leadership & Coaching : Develop and mentor engineers, support career growth, conduct regular 1:1s, and foster a culture of ownership, inclusion, and continuous learning.
Agile Delivery: Lead and support Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Agile practices, and improve predictability, flow, and delivery quality.
Impediment & Dependency Management: Identify and resolve blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and remove obstacles to maintain engineering momentum.
Planning & Execution: Oversee sprint planning, estimation, prioritization, and capacity management to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery aligned to business objectives.
Technical Excellence: Participate in code and architecture conversations, champion best practices, and ensure quality, security, and reliability standards are upheld.
