Deliver individualized speech therapy focusing on communication methods, language development, fluency enhancement, vocal training, and swallowing safety.

Collaborate with an integrated team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and family members to devise coherent care plans.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and facility standards.

Stay abreast of innovations in the field through professional development and peer interaction.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Solid grasp of evidence-based treatment practices for diverse age groups, possessing a deep appreciation for both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.

Capacity to adapt therapy methods to cater to varied cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Familiarity with electronic medical records and compliance standards for documentation.
