Position: CWR-Warehouse Associate I

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Heavy Labor Warehouse Associates to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring freight is received, processed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Available Shifts

1st Shift or 3rd Shift available (Must Be Available to work every weekend)

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

What’s the Job?

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities: unload trucks and inspect incoming merchandise; constant heavy lifting throughout the shift.
• Match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute orders for processing; gather, move, distribute, and ship products as required.
• Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions; maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with product assembly and inventory counts as needed; monitor daily pickups and deliveries to ensure on‑time arrival and proper condition.
• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely; validate load information and update delivery status for accounting purposes.

What’s Needed?

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Ability to load and unload trucks and trailers.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills; basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram‑based instructions.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts based on business needs.
