Join us in our mission to improve health and lives. We are looking for a Phlebotomist to work at Knoxville, TN.

Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday 7:30am‑4:30pm or 8am‑5pm, with rotating weekends.

Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.

Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.

Process billing information and collect payments when required.

Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.

Provide superior customer service to all patients.

Carry out administrative and clerical duties as necessary.

Travel to additional sites when needed.

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.

Phlebotomy certification or completed training program.

Three months or more experience as a phlebotomist.

Preferred Qualifications One year or more experience as a phlebotomist.

Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification or training program must come from an accredited agency.

Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.

Comfortable working under minimal supervision.

Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
