This position is responsible for cooking and cold food production for patients and retail cafes. Cooks use batch cooking techniques; follow safe food handling and storage to ensure that our customers and patients receive high quality foods. Some positions require front of the house service production in front of guests. Staff may also serve food, set up and tear down food service stations, transport supplies, food, dishes, pots, pans and utensils for their use.
Staff are also responsible for cleaning and sanitation of equipment, carts and work area.
