Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a developing caseload of middle and potentially elementary students
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school guidelines
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students progress
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of interventions and student improvement
• Utilize evidence-based practices tailored to both group and individual needs
• Contribute to IEP meetings and serve as a speech-language resource within the school community

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required; Kansas SLP license must be presented with application
• Professional experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and compliance requirements
• Ability to adapt communication strategies to meet students diverse needs
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills
