WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Manager to help us turn one of the fastest-growing platforms in retail into one of our biggest growth engines. This is a hands-on, builder role for someone who loves TikTok Shop. We are looking for someone who can spot a hero product before anyone else does, knows how to turn a creator video into real GMV, and gets genuinely excited about testing a new hook, a new bundle, or a new LIVE format just to see what happens.

You’ll own the day-to-day of our TikTok Shop business, from storefront and listings to creator and affiliate programs to working hand-in-hand with our agency partner and internal teams. You’ll bring the expertise and the instincts; we’ll bring the brand, the product, and a team that’s ready to move fast with you. WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:

The TikTok Shop Manager will grow and manage our TikTok Shop through creator partnerships, affiliate programs, livestreams, merchandising, and promotional campaigns. This role focuses on driving sales and improving performance by turning creator content into revenue. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and scale TikTok Shop as a key growth channel. The ideal candidate is analytical, hands-on, and passionate about TikTok and social commerce.

TikTok Shop Management

Manage the day-to-day of our TikTok Shop Seller Center including listings, pricing, bundles, inventory visibility, and storefront merchandising

Develop and execute strategies to optimize product pages, increase traffic and product deliverability, conversion rates, average order value, and revenue

Keep an eye on account health, compliance, and customer experience metrics so nothing ever slows our momentum

Test and optimize product offers, promotions, bundles, pricing strategies, and merchandising tactics

Monitor platform trends, viral content opportunities, and TikTok Shop updates

Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with TikTok support when necessary

Lead product launches, seasonal campaigns, flash sales and promotional events

Constantly provide test recommendations (offers, pricing, bundles, merchandising) and double down on what works

Grow Creators Affiliates

Recruit, onboard, and nurture a roster of creators and affiliates (directly, via agencies or talent managers) who genuinely love wearing (and talking about) our products

Build commission structures and incentives that make BaubleBar the brand creators want to work with

Coordinate seeding, gifting, sampling and activation programs that turns creators into true fans

Track creator performance and identify opportunities to scale top-performing partnerships

Maintain an active pipeline of creators aligned with brand goals and target audiences

Analytics Reporting

Monitor and report on key performance indicators and build dashboards that keep the whole team in the loop

Turn data into action - Provide actionable recommendations based on performance insights. Track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization

Be a True Cross-Functional Partner

Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, and Operations to keep TikTok Shop aligned with everything else we’re building

Work closely with our agency partner and internal Paid Media team on TikTok Shop Ads, Spark Ads, and creator amplification

Keep a pulse on ROAS, budget pacing, and what’s actually moving the needle

Share creator insights, customer feedback, and trend observations to support business growth

Manage our agency relationship with clarity, candor, and a true partnership mindset

Livestream Commerce

Help plan and run TikTok LIVE shopping events, from product selection to promos to creator coordination

Dig into the data after every LIVE to find what drove engagement and sales, identify opportunities to improve and bring those learnings to internal teams to maximize livestream effectiveness

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:

Required

3+ years of experience in ecommerce, social commerce, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, marketplace management, or digital marketing

1–3+ years of hands-on TikTok Shop experience. You know Seller Center and Affiliate Center inside and out

Strong understanding of TikTok trends, creator ecosystems, and social commerce best practices

Experience managing creator partnerships, affiliate programs, or influencer campaigns
