Quanex is looking for a Plant Manager to join our team in Winnebago, IL

As the leader of this manufacturing facility, you will create a culture that embraces safety, teamwork, inclusion, accountability, employee development, open communication, and key performance metrics. You will support company initiatives and balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational excellence. You will lead a team that meets customer, productivity, quality, and financial goals. You will be responsible for P&Ls for the location, overseeing all aspects of plant operations and maintenance.
