We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with lymphedema experience or CLT certification to provide specialized mobile/home health therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to specialize in a growing area of therapy focused on lymphedema and lymphatic care.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay-per-visit model: $63 per visit (PTA – CLT)

• Typical full-time clinicians complete 24–30 visits per week
• Estimated annual earnings: ~$78,000 – $92,000+ based on visit volume
• Visits typically range from 70–85 minutes
• Mileage reimbursement at current IRS rate

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home lymphedema therapy under the supervision of a PT
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising therapist
• Provide hands-on therapy and patient education
• Maintain accurate documentation

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license
• CLT certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Home health experience preferred
• Reliable transportation for local travel
• Comfortably using electronic documentation systems

Florida Coverage Areas are assigned close to home.

South Florida, Central Florida, Volusia County, Space Coast, Tampa Bay, and Jacksonville regions.
