RE/MAX InMotion is looking for driven and client-oriented Licensed Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team. In this position, you’ll play a key role in helping buyers and sellers successfully navigate the real estate market while providing top-tier service and professional guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support clients throughout the entire buying and selling journey, from initial consultation to closing.
• Host property showings and open houses to showcase listings.
• Evaluate market data to guide clients on pricing and investment decisions.
• Negotiate contracts and offers to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Design and execute marketing strategies for listings across digital and social platforms.

Requirements

• Current and active real estate license.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Highly motivated with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
• Capable of managing multiple clients and transactions efficiently.
• Background in sales or real estate is an advantage.

Pay: $106,789.00 - $148,763.00 per year

License/Certification:

• Real Estate License (Required)
