Commercial Roofing: Estimator / Project Manager
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Compensation: $85K-$110K base bonus
Type: Full-time | In-office / In-field
We’re working with a well-known commercial roofing and waterproofing contractor in Las Vegas that’s looking to bring on an Estimator / Project Manager to help lead their growing project load. This team has a solid reputation in the market, clients keep coming back because they do great work, communicate well, and deliver on what they promise.
They’re looking for someone who’s comfortable wearing a few hats, estimating, project management, and client communication, and who’s able to keep things moving from bid to closeout.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Estimating roofing, waterproofing, and sheet metal scopes
- Running projects start to finish, budgeting, scheduling, billing, closeout
- Managing subs, vendors, and field coordination
- Interfacing with clients and keeping everyone aligned
- Handling submittals, change orders, and documentation
- Driving project results and supporting internal teams
You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- Experience with commercial roofing/waterproofing (especially in new construction)
- A strong understanding of contracts, vendors, and subs
- Familiarity with tools like Procore, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Office
- Good communication and time management skills
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and stay organized
- A valid driver’s license and clean background (pre-hire drug test required)
