Business Systems Analyst I

Essential Functions :

Assigns and escalates bugs to Product Owner s .

E ngage s with end ‐ users to validate updates.

Collaborates with Product Owners in agile environment to meet project deadlines .

Facilitates deployments and automate s test procedures in both QA and production environments.

Provides technical assistance ; writ es and maintains user documentation and trains and supports users.

Prepares technical support by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Serves as subject matter expert for business-critical applications and be able to identify and troubleshoot issues quickly

Collaborates with Agile Scrum development teams to identify and resolve production issues.

Provide s valuable feedback to Agile Scrum Product Owners on application improvements .

Monitor s/follows up with Agile Scrum team Product Owners on backlog item status .

Cross-training next level of support on application and business workflows

Participates in t es ting and de-bugging during pre-deploym ent and post-deployment stages.

Creates and execute s automated test cases based upon project requirements.

Participates in daily Scrum team meetings with developers and product owners to discuss project goals and statuses.

Implements agile practices of iterative development, TDD, continuous integration , and continuous deployment

Participates in ongoing development, patching, and updating of released products through use of Agile process.

Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s d egree in Computer Sc ience or Engineering ; Master’s degree a plus.

Minimum two (2) years experience in Applications Support, QA testing, or Software Development.

Pay Range: $33.19/HR- $37.00/HR
