Join the Camping World team as a Customer Experience Representative! We are searching for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers.
  • Greet and welcome every customer with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Set the stage for a positive and memorable customer service experience.
  • Manage VIP appointments and guide customers to the right team members.
  • Oversee front desk operations, which include answering and directing incoming calls.
  • Log incoming sales calls in our CRM to ensure tracking and follow-up.
  • Commit to excellence with a strong work ethic each day.
  • Assist customers with inquiries directed to the reception area.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships.
  • Strong initiative and leadership abilities to manage situations effectively.
  • Reliable and responsible team player dedicated to achieving goals.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of responding to diverse client needs.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $14.00 to $17.56 hourly based on experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
