This contract role requires your expertise in both speech therapy and language development, delivering services across a full academic year. You'll enjoy a steady weekday schedule-five days per week, eight hours per day-allowing you to balance professional fulfillment with personal time.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
SLP-CCC credential required and valid for California
Demonstrated experience or coursework with school-aged children, especially preschool and elementary populations
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Commitment to providing assessments, IEP support, and direct therapy on-site
Primary Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Deliver evidence-based intervention to students in both one-on-one and group settings
Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student progress
Maintain accurate records and comply with all school-based documentation requirements
