LOCATION: Downtown Denver - Capitol Hill.
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Availability for on-call duty is required 24/7, including monthly night board meetings and working sessions.
SALARY: $85,000 per year.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking an experienced and service-driven General Manager to lead operations at a premier condominium community. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional resident experiences, ensuring operational excellence, and partnering closely with the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with strong financial acumen, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams in a service-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, homeowners, and WRMC
Lead all day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated resident experience
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management
Prepare and present the annual budget and provide ongoing financial insights to the Board
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with quality and maintenance standards
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure service excellence
Lead the bidding process for third-party services and oversee special projects
Supervise, mentor, and develop on-site staff, fostering a collaborative and professional culture
Ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and applicable laws and regulations
Oversee community meetings, annual elections, and Board communications
Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support as needed
