Hardscape Installer/Mason

Progreen Landscapes Solutions is seeking an experienced Hardscape Installer/Mason to join our growing installation team. We design and build high-quality residential landscape projects throughout the Triangle, including patios, retaining walls, walkways, outdoor living spaces, and custom hardscapes.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable, and enjoys working as part of a team to build exceptional outdoor spaces.

• Dig, form, and pour concrete footings for walls and other structures
• Cut, bend, tie, and install rebar according to project specifications
• Assist with concrete placement, pouring, finishing, and curing
• Install paver patios, walkways, and driveways
• Build retaining walls, seating walls, fire pits, and other hardscape features
• Install natural stone, brick, block, and concrete products
• Read and follow project plans and specifications
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule
• Deliver quality workmanship on every project

Qualifications

• Masonry, concrete, or hardscape installation experience preferred
• Experience digging and pouring footings, installing rebar, and concrete finishing is preferred
• Experience installing pavers, retaining wall systems, natural stone, brick, and block
• Ability to read construction drawings and follow specifications
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 75+ pounds
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
