We are a small, family-owned, independent repair shop with a rock-solid 5-star reputation built entirely on word-of-mouth and customer trust. We focus primarily on standard maintenance and state inspections for domestic and Asian vehicles. We service some Euro vehicles.

What You Will Do Day-to-Day:

• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair passenger and light truck tires.
• Correctly diagnose and repair steering, suspension systems, brakes, and alignments.
• Execute standard maintenance and fluid flushes (utilizing Wynn’s flush service equipment).
• Perform comprehensive, honest digital multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Keep your bay and shop organized, safe, and clean.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Solid experience as a general service/lube tech or an existing C-level technician who can confidently jump right into tires, brakes, and suspension work.
• Tools: A foundational set of your own tools (though the shop provides specialized gear).
• Mindset: A strong work ethic focused on quality repairs rather than rushing to turn a quick buck.
• Personality: A nice, friendly, and honest person who treats teammates and clients according to the Golden Rule and values a positive, helpful shop environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• A Virginia State Inspection license is a major plus, but not required to apply.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
