🚀 About the Role

As the primary point of contact for specialty pharmacy patients , you’ll support medication access, adherence, and care coordination in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate refills, delivery, and medication access

Support insurance navigation and copay assistance programs

Monitor and improve medication adherence

Communicate with pharmacists, providers, and clinic teams

Resolve patient, insurance, and access challenges efficiently

🎯 Qualifications Skills

✅ Required

Registered Pharmacy Technician (state licensure required)

High School Diploma or GED

2–5 years of pharmacy technician experience

⭐ Preferred

CPhT (PTCB certification)

5–8 years of experience

Background in specialty pharmacy, patient support, or medication adherence programs

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

💰 Compensation Transparency

💵 Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 + bonus

Final pay based on experience, location, and applicable factors
