๐ About the Role
As the primary point of contact for specialty pharmacy patients , youโll support medication access, adherence, and care coordination in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate refills, delivery, and medication access
Support insurance navigation and copay assistance programs
Monitor and improve medication adherence
Communicate with pharmacists, providers, and clinic teams
Resolve patient, insurance, and access challenges efficiently

โ Required
Registered Pharmacy Technician (state licensure required)
High School Diploma or GED
2โ5 years of pharmacy technician experience
โญ Preferred
CPhT (PTCB certification)
5โ8 years of experience
Background in specialty pharmacy, patient support, or medication adherence programs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

๐ต Salary: $50,000 โ $65,000 + bonus
Final pay based on experience, location, and applicable factors
