The Role
We're hiring Cleaners & Housekeepers to join our growing team. You'll provide professional residential, commercial, and estate cleaning services to our valued clients across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C.
What You'll Do:
- Perform standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and recurring cleaning services
- Work independently and follow detailed cleaning protocols
- Maintain professional, friendly communication with clients
- Use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products
- Handle various home sizes (studios to 5+ bedroom estates)
- Manage time efficiently to meet scheduling requirements
What We're Looking For
✓ Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
✓ Physical ability to perform cleaning work (standing, bending, lifting)
✓ Flexibility with scheduling (Monday–Saturday, 8 AM-10 PM)
✓ Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
✓ Ability to pass background check (required)
✓ Experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
✓ Strong work ethic and customer service mindset
Nice to Have:
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish preferred)
- Own cleaning equipment
