PC Network Specialist

Installs, maintains, and supports personal computing devices and associated peripherals for the organization's employees. Support the Bank's network by installing authorized software systems, troubleshooting hardware/software problems, upgrading equipment as required, and responding to trouble calls from Technical Services and the user community. Manages and closes support tickets in a timely manner.
