Overnight Guest Relations Officer - Full Time
Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for an Overnight Guest Relations Officer who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. Our Overnight Guest Relations Officer is a part of a dynamic team that provides award-winning service to our guests. This position reports to the Front Office Manager. In partnership with acclaimed Seattle chef Ethan Stowell, we are proud to showcase simply prepared Northwest food and drink in Goldfinch Tavern, our signature restaurant.
Follow a detailed process in each transaction that assures guest room type, preferences and billing are accurate
Make change, cashes checks, exchange foreign currency and reconcile all transactions at the close of each shift
resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Interaction with guest will be in person and by phone
Utilize a variety of computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports and select and block rooms for arriving guests
Assists our valet parking team and overnight in room dining.
Ability to stand continuously for an entire work shift
A comfort reading reports, maps and directions, utilizing computer systems, and communicating both verbally and in writing to guests to ensure the very best experience
