Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - On Call

The On-Call Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) provides clinical coverage and support across Central City Concern’s mental health and recovery programs. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the On-Call PMHNP delivers compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive psychiatric and substance use disorder services to clients with diverse behavioral health needs. This position requires flexibility to provide care across multiple CCC sites and programs, ensuring continuity of psychiatric support during staff absences, high census periods, or as clinical needs arise. The On-Call PMHNP provides direct client care, including psychiatric evaluation, medication management, crisis intervention, and brief therapeutic engagement.
