CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to medical staff and ensure the comfort and well-being of patients.

Duties

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
• Take vital signs and record health information accurately
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Follow all protocols and procedures in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience dementia care is preferred
• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems is preferred
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients and families
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a CNA program
