As a Delivery Driver & Installation Crew Member, you’ll be the final step in bringing our spas to life—delivering and setting them up for customers in a variety of environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors, traveling to different locations, and interacting with customers.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of a team responsible for delivering and installing spas while ensuring a great customer experience.
Driving & Transportation
- Drive delivery vehicles to transport spas to customer locations
- Maintain a clean, safe driving record
- Ensure vehicles are clean, maintained, and ready for daily use
Installation & Setup
- Assist with the delivery, placement, and setup of spas and swim spas
- Work in a variety of environments, including residential and commercial locations
- Safely handle large and heavy components with your team
Customer Interaction
- Represent Master Spas professionally during deliveries
- Communicate clearly and provide a positive customer experience
- Answer basic questions and ensure customer satisfaction during setup
Warehouse & Facility Support
- Assist with cleaning and organizing warehouse and showroom areas when not on deliveries
- Support general operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for dependable, team‑oriented individuals who are comfortable working in a physical, customer‑facing role.
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Ability to obtain a valid driver’s license with For Hire Endorsement
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
Preferred
- Previous delivery, installation, or labor experience
- Experience operating forklifts (or willingness to become certified)

Physical & Work Environment
- Lifting and moving 75–100 lbs. with assistance

- Following all safety procedures and maintaining cleanliness

Full Time
Schedule
Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm & a ½ hour unpaid lunch daily (hours may vary based on department needs, especially end times)
Compensation
$17.00-$20.00 per hour. Additional earning potential available as explained below.
- $1.00 an hour once cleared and certified to drive
- $1.00 an hour once forklift certification obtained
