SUMMARY:

Roebuck Landscaping (RL) is growing in the Upstate and seeking dependable and hardworking Crew Members to join our Landscape Installation Team in Greenville/Mauldin area. As a Crew Member, you’ll work under the direction of a Crew Leader to install sod, trees, shrubs, mulch, and other landscape materials with precision and care. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Landscape Installation:

  • Assist with all phases of residential landscape installations including sod, plantings, mulch, grading, and cleanup.
  • Use hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow directions from the Crew Leader and ensure all tasks meet RL’s quality standards.
  • Support daily preparation, loading, and unloading of materials, plants, and tools.

Teamwork & Productivity:

  • Work collaboratively with your crew to complete jobs on schedule and to specification.
  • Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and uphold professional conduct with clients and builder partners.
  • Take responsibility for your work and contribute to a culture of safety and respect.

Safety & Quality:

  • Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures.
  • Wear proper PPE and ensure equipment is handled responsibly.
  • Take pride in clean, finished work that represents Roebuck Landscaping’s reputation for excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven Experience: previous landscape or construction experience preferred but not required, training provided.
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience on commercial/residential projects.
  • Skilled in planting, sod, grading, and minor irrigation tie-ins.
  • Ability to operate Mini Track Loaders (MTs), walk-behind tools, and hand equipment
  • Equipment operation skills, including commercial excavation and grading techniques.
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Positive and solution-based attitude with the capability to address operational and client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
