Illinois Licensed HVAC Technician

Responsible for operational maintenance and repairs, the full-time Illinois Licensed HVAC Technician will perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance on HVAC and other facility systems while working remotely in Illinois. Key responsibilities Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial and industrial settings Utilize CMMS to document tasks and maintain equipment histories Participate in safety training and adhere to safety policies while performing maintenance tasks Required qualifications 2-5 years of related experience in general maintenance within a commercial facility setting Proven mechanical ability and aptitude for troubleshooting equipment Good computer skills, including experience with Building Management Systems Ability to interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations Understanding of national and local codes for equipment repair
