Position: Administrative Assistant — Growth & Office Support

Location and Eligibility

All positions are in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Candidates must live in the Tulsa Metro area or be within daily commuting distance, or be willing to relocate.

General Laborer

• Pay: $31,000 – $62,500 per year.
• No experience required.
• Looking for a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.

Office Assistant

• Pay: $17.50 – $25.00 per hour.
• 3 – 5 years office/clerical experience required.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, strong work ethic.

Equipment Operator

• Pay: $36,100 – $88,900 per year.
• 3 – 5 years experience operating excavator, backhoe, mini‑excavator, trencher, hydro‑excavator, or horizontal directional drill.
• Must be reliable, coachable, and consistent.

Class A CDL Driver

• Pay: $52,000 – $95,000 per year.
• Minimum 5 years commercial driving experience.
• Reliable, coachable, professional driver.

Safety Coordinator

• Pay: $75,000 – $135,000 per year.
• Minimum 5 years safety professional experience.
• Must hold OSHA 500 certification or a safety degree.

Class B CDL Driver

• Pay: $48,000 – $82,500 per year.
• Minimum 3 years commercial driving experience.

Underground Utility Locator

• Pay: $36,400 – $101,150 per year.
• 3 – 5 years experience in utility locating or damage prevention.

Foreman

• Pay: $50,500 – $100,000 per year.
• 10 years experience in utility construction.

Fiber Splicing

• Pay: $30.00 – $37.50 per hour.
• Minimum 5 years fiber splicing experience.
• OPGW fiber splicing experience preferred.

Superintendent

• Pay: $101,750 – $134,750 per year.
• 15 years experience in utility construction, data center construction, or excavation.
• 5 years in a project management or estimator role.

Chauffeur

• Pay: $60,000 – $71,500 per year.
• 5 years experience in delivery driving, hospitality, or related driving roles.

Horizontal Directional Drill Foreman

• Pay: $52,000 – $109,000 per year.
• 10 years experience in horizontal directional drilling.

Project Manager

• Pay: $108,000 – $128,000 per year + bonuses.
• 15 years utility construction experience; 5 years in project management or estimation.
• Health, dental, and vision benefits at 100% after 6 weeks.

Mechanic

• Pay: $45,450 – $72,500 per year.
• 10 years experience in at least two of diesel mechanic, heavy equipment mechanic, diesel service technician, heavy equipment service technician, fabrication, hydraulic components and systems, or fleet manager.

Mechanic Helper

• Pay: $37,500 – $50,050 per year.
• 3 years experience in at least two of diesel mechanic, heavy equipment mechanic, diesel service technician, heavy equipment service technician, fabrication, hydraulic components and systems, or fleet manager.

Facility Maintenance / Shop/Ranch Hand

• Pay: $15,750 – $60,500 per year.
• Light mechanical or handyman experience is preferred.
• Full or part-time; suitable for trade or vocational students.

CPA Staff Accountant

• Pay: $100,000 – $125,000 per year.
• 10 years bookkeeping experience required.
