Cleared Custodian/ Escort w/ TS/SCI

This part-time, on-site role in the Denver Metropolitan Area is primarily focused on custodial support within a secure facility. In addition to cleaning responsibilities, the position includes providing supervision of uncleared personnel to ensure compliance with all facility security requirements.

Primary Responsibilities (Custodial Support):

• Empty wastebaskets of trash and recycling and dispose of compiled trash and recycling in the buildings trash and recycling containers, located in the basement.
• Spot clean walls, doors, trash and recycling receptacles, switches, handles, and push plates.
• Vacuum common areas and offices that are open.
• Empty paper shredders as needed. One shredder is on each floor.
• Clean horizontal surfaces
• Clean sinks and wipe down faucets
• Wipe down refrigerator doors and other appliances
• Vacuum and wet mop floors
• Wipe trash and recycling bins as needed
• Clean microwaves inside and out
• Empty trash cans

Secondary Responsibilities (Escort):

• Escort uncleared custodial workers through designated areas of the facility.
• Maintain continuous line-of-sight supervision of all escorted personnel.
• Ensure no unauthorized access, exposure to sensitive materials, or deviation from approved work zones.
• Communicate and coordinate movements with security personnel and facility leadership.
• Enforce and follow all security protocols, reporting any concerns or incidents immediately.
• Verify entry/exit procedures, badges, and authorized access lists.

Work Schedule:

4-4:30 start 2-3 hours depending on facility requirements X Monday - Friday

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI – required.
• U.S. Citizenship – required.
• Ability to maintain continuous awareness and follow strict security procedures.
• Professional, reliable, and able to supervise others respectfully.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with security and facilities staff.
• Prior custodial, facilities, or escorting experience is helpful but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
