About the Contract
USACE seeks contractors to provide on-site and deskside Real Property support to DoD customers across the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Space Force, and DoD agencies. Work spans direct data maintenance in Real Property systems of record, embedded subject-matter expert support. Travel may be required to CONUS and select OCONUS locations (Germany, Japan, Korea, Italy, UK, and others).

Real Property Systems Analyst

Role summary
Performs hands-on data collection, entry, quality review, and reporting within DoD Real Property systems of record in direct support of installation Garrison customers. Responsibilities include field validation of Real Property assets, creation and update of asset records and documentation (DD1354s, MFRs, attestation memos, photos), and support for audit readiness reviews.
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience within the last 24 months in one or more DoD Real Property systems of record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
- Ability to obtain NACI favorable adjudication
- IAT Level I professional certification (or ability to obtain)

- GFEBS Real Property (preferred: Viewer, Maintainer, Asset Master Data Maintainer, Property & Equipment Reporter roles)

Program Manager
Full-time · Contract-wideHuntsville, AL area or remote with CST availabilitySenior-most contractor representative responsible for all aspects of contract execution. Acts as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer and COR, sets milestones and risk management strategies, manages team conflicts, and ensures performance standards are met across all active task orders. Must be available 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday.
Required qualifications
- 10+ years supporting multiple DoD Real Property systems of record
- 5+ years managing or supervising teams
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university
- Ability to obtain NACI favorable adjudication
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Key responsibilities
- Full authority to act on all daily contract matters
- Develop and submit Quality Control Plan within 30 days of award
- Manage key personnel changes (written COR notification within 10 workdays)
- Submit Monthly Status Reports by the 5th of each month
- Oversee subcontractor compliance including E-Verify screening
Technical Manager
Full-time · Task order based
Lead Systems
Serves as the technical focal point for one or more task orders, providing expert-level support within specific Real Property systems of record. At lower operational tempo, the Technical Manager may operate as the sole Systems Analyst on a task order; at higher tempo, this role is distinct from the Program Analyst.
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience with one or more DoD Real Property systems of record
- Experience must be within the last 24 months (last 12 months preferred)
- Demonstrated depth of Real Property systems expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
- Ability to obtain NACI favorable adjudication
Responsibilities
- Direct technical support for Real Property system of record work on assigned task orders
- Coordinate with Program Analyst on cross-task technical standards
- Mentor and guide Systems Analysts on task order teams
- Ensure data quality and audit compliance standards are met
