Job Full Description Landscape Laborer / Maintenance Location: Fenton, MO Pay: $18/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM; approximately 45 hours per week with overtime varying Job Type: Full-time, outdoor labor Job Summary A landscaping and outdoor labor position is available in the Fenton area. This role involves physical, hands-on work outdoors as part of a team, including landscape installation, maintenance, cleanup, and material handling. This is not a lawn-mowing-only position; the work is more physical and may include construction-style landscape tasks.

Responsibilities

• Planting, mulching, trimming, pruning, and leaf removal
• Load and unload landscaping materials, tools, and equipment
• Move topsoil, dig trenches, lay sod, and assist with tree work
• Use wheelbarrows to move heavy materials
• Perform debris cleanup and general job site cleanup
• Assist with aerating, seeding, and other outdoor maintenance tasks
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Possible snow removal work as needed

Qualifications / Requirements

• No landscaping experience required; training is available
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must be comfortable with physical labor throughout the day
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and work outdoors for extended periods
• Must be able to work in heat, cold, and other weather conditions
• Must be reliable and able to report on time daily
• Must be able to follow directions and work well with a crew

Preferred Skills

• Previous landscaping, construction, outdoor labor, or general labor experience
• Experience using wheelbarrows, hand tools, or landscaping equipment
• Comfortable with physically demanding, full-day outdoor work
