Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls using appropriate phone etiquette.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support personal assistant tasks as needed, including correspondence and document preparation.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Skills
- Proficient in office software applications and data entry.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in a dental receptionist role is a plus but not required.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is advantageous.
