What You’ll Do:

• Refinish and repair bathtubs, sinks, countertops, and cabinets
• Prepare surfaces for painting or coating (sanding, cleaning, masking)
• Apply coatings and finishes with attention to quality and detail
• Work in residential and commercial settings: homes, hotels, and apartments
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Communicate professionally with clients on-site

✔ Training Phase

• Paid training at $25 per hour
• Hands-on instruction, job shadowing, and skill development
• Focus on quality, process, and efficiency

✔ Production Phase

• After graduating training, technicians move to production pay
• 25% of total weekly production
• Typical 40-hour week produces $4,500–$6,000 in work
• Technician earnings typically range from $1,125–$1,500+ per week
• Paid on a bi-weekly pay period
