We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team at 's Real Italian Pizza in Cleveland. This role is essential in enhancing our guests' dining experience through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Your contributions will help uphold our legacy of quality and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Process payments accurately using Aloha or Micros POS systems
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role
• Proficiency with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems
• Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Experience in fine dining or hospitality is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
