Job Summary:

The position is for a Certified Operating Room Technician (OR Tech) at a healthcare facility located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The assignment involves working as a general robotic first assistant in the surgical department, with a focus on orthopedic and spine surgical procedures. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee
• Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with alternating weekends, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/03/2026
• Minimum Experience: 0 years
• Certifications Required: CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) National certificate, BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Licensing: Tennessee nursing license
• Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience circulating in orthopedic and spine surgical procedures
• Neurosurgical and General/Robotic experience preferred but not required
• Critical thinking and customer service skills
• Procedures Performed: Total joints, spine fusions, neurosurgical procedures including craniotomies, robotic procedures, general surgical procedures, urology, cardiovascular procedures including open heart
• Technical Equipment: Synaptive Medical Modus V robotic digital microscope for neurosurgical procedures (only system in Tennessee)
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Dress Code: Scrubs (provided)
• Additional Information: Please review unit-specific policies and guidelines before assignment.
