Your Responsibilities Include:

• Opening and closing the store as a key holder.
• Assisting the General Manager in achieving sales targets.
• Leading exceptional customer service efforts and professionally resolving any issues.
• Training and mentoring associates on company processes and standards.
• Delegating daily tasks and managing break schedules.
• Assisting with visual merchandising and ensuring an inviting store presentation.
• Handling register overrides, performing safe/till counts, and cash reconciliation.
• Promoting adherence to loss prevention procedures.

What We Are Looking For:

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• A commitment to outstanding customer service along with a positive attitude.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail or customer service.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus!
• Willingness to complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age due to key holder responsibilities.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable bending, reaching, and staying on your feet for extended periods.
