Overview

The Project Manager assists all within the assigned scope of responsibility to obtain, evaluate, coordinate, and distribute the information and authorizations required to construct the project on time, within budget and to the quality specified.

Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent or relevant experience a plus but not a requirement.
• General contracting / construction management experience in various aspects of construction (estimating, bidding, preparing and administering contracts, scheduling, cost control, etc.) is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. is required.
• Experience with other computer software (AutoCAD, Microsoft Projects, Prolog (or other project management software packages) P3 or P6, Timberline, etc.) is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
